Scheduling

We prefer that you schedule online. Walk-ins will be accepted if our therapists are not busy with a client.

Late Arrival

If you are late to your appointment and your therapist has another client after you, your session may be shortened. Payment will be for the originally scheduled length. Your therapist, at their discretion, may offer alternatives.

Cancellation

We have reserved time and space, especially for you, and request that you cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before your session. If notice is given less than the required time, we reserve the right to charge for the full scheduled session. 

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of services. Our therapists are pleased with an appropriate tip as it shows them your appreciation for their expertise and hard work. Gratuities make up a large portion of their income.

Right of Refusal

Massage Lotus reserves the right to refuse service to provide a safe environment for everyone. Improper conduct or language during a session will result in your therapist ending your session early. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.

Children

Unless your minor is being treated, please do not bring your children to your session.

Valuables

Please leave all valuable items at home or store them in the bin in your treatment room. Massage Lotus is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Pregnancy or Medical Conditions

Be sure to mention any medical Information when you book an appointment. Specific treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your therapist know of any medical concerns. If you are pregnant, massage services are provided only if you are beyond your first trimester (twelve weeks).

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients updated on any changes, but we encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking their appointments.

Refunds

Services rendered cannot be refunded. Gift cards or purchased packages are not exchangeable nor refundable.
